I. Scope
Initiated by iriv together with Autremonde, the project was supported both by the Regional Council in Ile de France and l'ACSE.
II. Objectives
The Tremplin Migrant(e)s project aimed at encouraging volunteering among migrants as a means of social and professional integration. Its aim was to change the perspectives: migrants were no more considered as "publics" but as main "actors" in the associations.

IV. Experimentation
Several national steering committees (December 2010- June 2011) were held by Autremonde and Iriv and seminars by iriv (May – July 2011) by Bénédicte Halba and Olga Bronnikova
